NEWS

May 16th, 2025. Tommaso Cioni signs a document transferring complete control of his finances, property, and personal affairs to his wife, Annie.

Eight months later, Annie's mother disappears.

Nancy Guthrie, 84 years old, vanished from her Tucson home on February 1st, 2026. Blood on the porch. Pacemaker disconnected at 2:28 AM. A masked figure caught on her doorbell camera just hours earlier.

But here's what nobody's asking: Why did Tommaso sign away control of everything he owned eight months before his mother-in-law disappeared? Was it routine paperwork for a real estate deal? Or was it preparation for something else entirely?

The document is called a durable power of attorney. It gives Annie complete authority over Tommaso's bank accounts, property transactions, and personal decisions—even if he becomes incapacitated, even if he's arrested, even if he flees.

And it was signed 240 days before Nancy vanished.

Investigators have collected DNA from a glove found 2 miles from Nancy's home. The FBI has reviewed over 13,000 tips. A $1 million reward has been offered.

But no arrests have been made.

Because the question isn't just who took Nancy. The question is: what was being prepared for eight months before she disappeared?

Middle East, North Africa, and International Terrorism Subcommittee Hearing: Oversight of the Trump Administration’s Iran Policy
Follow: HouseForeignGOP

The Omsk Refinery, Russia's largest, has been hit and is burning profusely after Ukrainian drones travelled 1,600 miles into Russia to knock it out. This is expected to cause further issues for the Russian Federation amid their ongoing fuel exercise. Houthi strikes have slammed in the King Khalid international airport, destroying a Saudi Cargo Airbus A-310. The Royal Saudi Air Force has continued airstrikes in support of the Yemeni government, hitting areas along the frontlines and the airport at Sanaa, stopping an Iranian government flight from landing. Meanwhile Ukraine has successfully stopped a Russian encirclement at Slovyansk and Kramatorsk, with Russia preparing to destroy all 7 bridges across the Dnipro in Kyiv, and fortifying the Crimean bridge.

(Lyrics):
[Intro]
Ooh-ooh-ooh
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah

[Verse 1]
Brown guilty eyes and
Little white lies, yeah
I played dumb, but I always knew
That you talked to her, maybe did even worse
I kept quiet so I could keep you

[Pre-Chorus]
And ain't it funny how you ran to her
The second that we called it quits?
And ain't it funny how you said you were friends?
Now it sure as hell don't look like it

[Chorus]
You betrayed me
And I know that you'll never feel sorry
For the way I hurt, yeah
You talked to her when we were together
Loved you at your worst, but that didn't matter
It took you two weeks to go off and date her
Guess you didn't cheat, but you're still a traitor

[Verse 2]
Now you bring her around just to shut me down
Show her off like she's a new trophy
And I know if you were true
There's no damn way that you
Could fall in love with somebody that quickly

[Pre-Chorus]
Ain't it funny? All the twisted games
All the questions you used to avoid
Ain't it funny? Remember I brought her up
And you told me I was paranoid?

[Chorus]
You betrayed me
And I know that you'll never feel sorry
For the way I hurt, yeah
You talked to her when we were together
Loved you at your worst, but that didn't matter
It took you two weeks to go off and date her
Guess you didn't cheat, but you're still a traitor

[Bridge]
(Ah-ah-ah)
God, I wish that you had thought this through
Before I went and fell in love with you
(Ah-ah-ah)
When she's sleepin' in the bed we made
Don't you dare forget about the way

[Chorus]
You betrayed me
'Cause I know that you'll never feel sorry
For the way I hurt, yeah
You talked to her when we were together
You gave me your word, but that didn't matter
It took you two weeks to go off and date her
Guess you didn't cheat, but you're still, you're still a traitor
(Ah-ah-ah)
Yeah, you're still a traitor

[Outro]
Ooh-ooh-ooh
God, I wish that you had thought this through
Before I went and fell in love with you

This episode of *24 wıth Fardad Farahzad* begins with tense Iran–US negotiations in Geneva, stalled over America’s demand for “zero enrichment” and full transfer of Iran’s 60% uranium stockpile. Reports from Axios and the Wall Street Journal describe Washington’s push to dismantle facilities in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, while the US aircraft carrier Gerald Ford moves toward Israel. Analysts warn that diplomacy is nearing collapse, and both sides may be preparing for possible military confrontation. Meanwhile, protests erupt across Iranian universities, prompting the government to move many classes online in an effort to suppress student activism. In Washington, lawmakers debate limiting the president’s war powers as political pressure over Iran intensifies.
