Ukraine and Great Britain are building a defense partnership that could reshape modern warfare. Greg Terry joins Alex from Ukraine to examine Britain’s planned access to Ukraine’s Avenger AI Labs, a battlefield database containing roughly five million images of tanks, artillery, drones, and other military assets.

They also discuss British cooperation involving technology and classified component information connected to SCALP and Storm Shadow cruise missiles. The significance extends far beyond individual weapons: Ukraine’s battlefield experience, technological innovation, and rapidly expanding defense partnerships are changing how Europe prepares for future conflicts.

Greg and Alex reflect on Ukraine’s Independence Day, the Budapest Memorandum, the Kremlin’s furious reaction to British support, and Russia’s partnerships with North Korea and Iran. They also confront the difficult questions ahead—from manpower and mobilization to deep strikes, Russian infrastructure, and the possibility of a longer war.

Explosions rocked the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant this morning when a possibly Ukrainian attack drone slammed into the side of one of the cooling towers of the facility. The explosion has left a large hole in the side of the cooling tower, although the operational abilities of the plant have not been impacted. The IAEA has put out a statement largely warning of these attacks creating the possibility of a nuclear disaster. Meanwhile AI almost started a war with China this summer when a US special forces intel officer used an AI system to review a ship's manifest, with the AI reporting that the Chinese flagged vessel was carrying nuclear material and components. The Special forces were flying toward the ship to board it when another SOF member caught the mistake and called off the operation- which could have led to a diplomatic fallout and possible war if the operation had continued. European governments are all now warning of an inevitable war with Russia, and are urging the public to prepare for such a conflict. Iran is attempting to mobilize around 800,000 troops to expand the size of their armed forces, while Ukraine has destroyed several helicopters at the Rostov on Don airfield. A Russian drone also crashed into a field in Romania overnight.
