بازشدن کانال مذاکره میان ایران و آمریکا بار دیگر این سوال را مطرح کرده که آیا مذاکرات می‌تواند به توافق منجر شود یا مقدمه فشار و حمله‌ای تازه است. پیش از حمله نهم اسفند نیز مقام‌های جمهوری اسلامی تصور می‌کردند مذاکرات با میانجیگری عمان به نتیجه نزدیک شده و حمله‌ای انجام نخواهد شد، اما همین ارزیابی به یکی از مرگبارترین غافلگیری‌های حکومت تبدیل شد. اکنون خبرگزاری فارس، وابسته به سپاه پاسداران، هشدار داده آمریکا در چند نوبت برای حمله مجدد به ایران آماده شده و با پرواز جنگنده‌ها، هواپیماهای سوخت‌رسان و پهپادها در جنوب خلیج فارس، به دنبال فرسوده‌کردن نیروهای آماده‌باش و سامانه‌های پدافندی جمهوری اسلامی است.
هم‌زمان سخنگوی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی از انجام عملیات‌های پیش‌دستانه علیه آمریکا خبر داده و مقام‌های دفاعی اسرائیل نیز درباره خطای محاسباتی تهران و احتمال شلیک موشک به سوی اسرائیل هشدار داده‌اند. وزیر خارجه اسرائیل با اشاره به ساعت نصب‌شده در تهران برای نابودی اسرائیل گفت تهدیدهای جمهوری اسلامی همچنان ادامه دارد. گیلا گملیل، وزیر علوم و فناوری اسرائیل، نیز از مواضع شاهزاده رضا پهلوی حمایت کرده و خواستار احیای روابط ایران و اسرائیل پس از پایان جمهوری اسلامی شده است. در تحولی دیگر، تصاویر ماهواره‌ای از فعالیت مجدد در یک سایت هسته‌ای محرمانه ایران پس از حمله اسرائیل خبر می‌دهند.
تنش در تنگه هرمز نیز ادامه دارد. حمله به نفتکش «آن پیس» هنگام عبور از این آبراه ۱۲ زخمی بر جا گذاشت، اما محمد ایرانی، دیپلمات پیشین جمهوری اسلامی، اذعان کرده که «کارت تنگه هرمز» دیگر کارایی اولیه را برای تهران ندارد. در بازار جهانی انرژی، مدیرعامل آرامکو هشدار داده کمتر از شش میلیارد بشکه نفت در ذخایر تجاری باقی مانده و سیستم تامین نفت جهان همین حالا نیز زیر فشار قرار دارد.
در بریتانیا هفتمین مظنون پرونده حمله احتمالی به پایگاه فرفورد، محل استقرار هواپیماهای آمریکایی، بازداشت شده و مقام‌های آمریکایی از احتمال ارتباط این تهدید با جمهوری اسلامی سخن گفته‌اند. مونته‌نگرو نیز یک شهروند ایرانی‌ـ‌ترکیه‌ای متهم به مشارکت در کارزار هکری مرتبط با سپاه پاسداران را به آمریکا مسترد کرده است. در فرانسه نیز سفیر جمهوری اسلامی به دلیل آنچه پاریس «کارزار اطلاعات جعلی» درباره اعتراضات دانش‌آموزان خوانده، احضار شده است. در داخل حکومت هم حسین شریعتمداری به انتخاب محمدباقر قالیباف به‌عنوان رییس هیات مذاکره‌کننده حمله کرده و گفته این تصمیم عملا مجلس را تعطیل کرده است.

In Kursk, a series of devastating Ukrainian strikes has just inflicted new heavy losses on the Chechen Akhmat special forces. As a result, dissatisfaction started growing among the Chechen fighters, with some seeking to abandon the Russian army altogether and switch sides.

As you remember from a previous report, the Ukrainian military intelligence conducted one of its most successful operations against the Akhmat units by infiltrating the formation and managing to place a listening device that exposed their plans, so the Ukrainian forces systematically targeted the Chechen formation.

While Russian security services have likely discovered the bug after suffering those losses, the consequences of the intelligence breach continued to haunt the Chechen unit. Even this didn’t force the Russian command to change location, which allowed Ukrainian forces to remain remarkably effective at targeting Akhmat positions with precision strikes.

One of the most devastating examples occurred in Snizhne, in the Russian-controlled Donetsk region, as Ukrainian FP-Two long-range strike drones targeted a training facility for drone operators and cadets, used by the Seventy-eight Akhmat Special Forces Regiment. The Ukrainian forces launched a coordinated attack involving eleven strike drones, each carrying warheads weighing one hundred kilograms, launching them in successive waves. The main target, a large two-story compound spanning nearly two thousand five hundred square meters, suffered catastrophic damage when ammunition stockpiles stored in the basement detonated during the attack, significantly increasing the strike's destructive effect. Approximately sixty-five Akhmat soldiers were killed, including the commander of the center that housed personnel sleeping rooms, drone assembly workshops, and facilities used for preparing warheads. Geolocated footage from multiple Ukrainian drones showed enormous secondary explosions and the complete collapse of the compound.

Soon afterward, Ukrainian reconnaissance drones easily tracked another concentration of Akhmat forces trying to relocate in Russia’s Kursk region by following them from their starting location. Footage released by Ukrainian operators shows enemy activity in a forest near the border. In a moment, Ukrainian forces launched a Himars strike against the location, with several rockets striking the area one after another. Later footage recorded by surviving Chechen soldiers showed the aftermath of the strike, revealing a large area littered with casualties and destroyed equipment. Around sixty Chechen special forces were killed, while many more were wounded.

Combined with the earlier strike in Snizhne and losses from previous operations, Akhmat units suffered roughly two hundred fatalities within a relatively short period. The significance of these losses extends beyond simple numbers, as repeated strikes against staging areas, training grounds, and concentration sites have reportedly caused growing frustration among Chechen fighters, many of whom believe their commanders have repeatedly exposed them to danger while failing to provide adequate protection.

This frustration became visible during a recent Ukrainian search-and-destroy operation, when a Ukrainian patrol encountered three Akhmat soldiers who voluntarily approached Ukrainian positions. After securing them, Ukrainian forces reportedly learned that the men were not simply seeking to surrender. Instead, they expressed a desire to join the ranks of Chechen volunteers already fighting alongside Ukraine, within formations such as the Sheikh Mansur Battalion. The captured soldiers expressed anger toward pro-Russian Chechen commanders and blamed them for the deaths of many of their compatriots. Rather than continuing to fight for Russia, they wished to switch sides and participate in operations against Russian forces.

Overall, many Chechens fight not only for military or financial reasons, but also because of deeply rooted questions of identity, nationalism, religion, and historical memory. The legacy of the Chechen wars remains powerful for many families, and resentment toward Moscow has never fully disappeared. As losses continue to mount and confidence in pro-Russian leadership weakens, some fighters appear increasingly willing to reconsider where their loyalties lie. If Russia's broader position continues to deteriorate, such tensions could become even more significant, particularly in regions that maintained strong independence movements after the collapse of the Soviet Union and where old grievances remain very much alive.

Today, the most important news is coming from the European border. 

Here, Russia has begun massively intensifying its strikes on the Ukrainian border with its neighboring Nato allies. Aside from disrupting crossings and transport of civilian and military logistics, the most recent strike nearly killed several prominent Western figures. A train carrying former Western political leaders returning from a conference in Kyiv nearly escaped the Russian strike, with a drone hitting the train only a few minutes behind it. Ukraine’s national railway company stated that the likely target of the Russian drone strike was indeed the Western diplomats, as the departure time of their train had been switched at the last moment to avoid such an exact strike. While the train that was hit had been evacuated as soon as Russian drones approached and no civilians were killed, the attempted murder of former Swedish and British prime ministers by drone strike is a new level of escalation. 

Recently, Russian provocations against Nato have been massively intensifying, both in number and severity. Russian strikes are now frequently landing within a few hundred meters of Nato territory, and airspace violations by Shahed drones are happening on an almost weekly basis. Notably, geopolitical experts believe that this is by design; Russia wants Nato to respond. They argue that Putin is looking for a defining Nato action against Russia, to create a rally-around-the-flag effect and use it to garner support for a new round of mobilization. Notably, the Kremlin is deathly afraid of calling up another round, and has taken extensive measures to prevent and quell unrest, to the point of experimenting with Iran-style nationwide internet blackouts to undermine protesters’ ability to coordinate. However, if Nato attacks Russia in some way, major unrest against a mobilization can be avoided if the Kremlin plays their cards right, and it is becoming more transparent by the day that this is exactly what they intend to provoke. 

The most notable attempt of this was the failed kamikaze drone strike on a Ukrainian cargo plane at Leipzig airport. The aircraft was meant to transport military supplies gathered at a depot near the city, and fly it to the border with Ukraine for further transportation. The saving grace occurred when the FPV drone carrying eight-hundred grams of explosives failed to detonate and crashed against the wing of the plane. Later, a suspected reconnaissance drone investigating the failed attack crashed against another aircraft that was diverted after the earlier drone wreckage was found and the airport was closed. Despite the tame official response of the German government, closing a consulate, Russian culture house, and establishing a special police unit to counter drones and protect critical infrastructure, Lavrov called the response the beginning of a real war, adding that Germany is now moving toward war with Russia. The disproportionality of the Russian reactions only further underscores the theory that the Kremlin is trying to fabricate an excuse for mobilization that the Russian public will accept. 

Additionally, Bulgaria is investigating the second major fire at a weapons storage facility run by Bulgaria’s largest military producer, which also sells weapons to Ukraine. This is the second fire and explosion to hit an EMCO facility in recent weeks, as investigations center around uncovering ties with Russia. In turn, Romanian intelligence recently stated that they spoiled a Russian sabotage operation targeting Romanian and Nato military bases, headquarters, and critical infrastructure, along with another Ukrainian Antonov transport plane. Danish intelligence also released a report detailing how Russia is actively preparing sabotage operations against defense manufacturers and military facilities inside the country. Lastly, at the start of the month, an unknown intruder broke in and set fire to a Polish drone factory, with Prime Minister Tusk stating there is no doubt that it was sabotage, and intelligence services investigating Russian involvement. 

Overall, while the Russian plan to trigger a Nato response and justify a mobilization to Russian society is extremely clear, the right course of action for the West is not. The attacks that happened only in the last two weeks are subversive and indirect; the Leipzig attack targeted a Ukrainian plane on German territory, not directly a Nato plane. Cyber, stabotage, and intelligence operations are carried out by third parties. The near-miss on the delegation train at the border did not include official diplomats or leaders, but only former politicians and unofficial VIP’s.

In this video, we will analyze how false Russian claims ended in the biggest disaster of the year.

Here, Russia is claiming the city of Kostiantynivka has been captured, and the Ukrainian defense has been overrun. However, piles of Russian bodies and Russians begging Ukraine for a ceasefire suggest something else is happening, as Ukraine found a devastating way to answer Russian claims.

High-ranking Russian officials claimed up to ninety-six percent of Kostiantynivka is under Russian control, presenting staged flag-raising videos in the northern districts as proof that Ukrainian units holding the area have collapsed. Yet Ukrainian footage shows something completely different, as geolocated videos demonstrate Ukrainian troops operating across northern, central, and southern parts of the city, while active fighting continues throughout the town. Still, official Russian sources continue to insist that only isolated Ukrainian holdouts remain in basements and peripheral districts, with their clearance being only a matter of time. Despite these claims, even Russian military analysts now compare the announcement about Kostiantynivka capture to the fake capture claim of Kupiansk in November of last year. These doubts are confirmed by Russia’s own artillery footage showing active shelling of Ukrainian positions in areas that the Russian military claims is under full Russian control.

This goes further than just the public backlash from their own side, as in response to the Russian claims, Ukrainians massively intensified their shelling of Russian positions as punishment. Geolocated footage shows a Ukrainian Mig Twenty-nine is destroying a building used as a Russian drone base, while a Ukrainian Mirage Two-thousand struck a substation where Russian infantry was massing for further assaults. Ukrainian artillery has been continuously buildings used as infiltration hideouts, while heavy bomber drones, FPV, and reconnaissance drones monitor every approach and attack every movement.

As a result, Russia’s premature victory claim has made the disaster worse, as the Russian command was forced to sending new infiltrators forward in large numbers. Just like what happened around Kupiansk, Russian commanders now face immense pressure to make reality match their false symbolic claims, as soldiers are sent forward to hold on to the claim that the city is under Russian control. Instead, Ukrainian drones, artillery, and aircraft hunt them while they move between ruins, attempt to reinforce positions, or wait for orders.

The clearest evidence about how things really are on the ground comes from the Russians themselves, as footage filmed by a Russian assault soldier shows him moving along what has effectively become a path of death. Dozens of Russian bodies lie within meters of each other, piled along both sides of the route into Kostiantynivka. The approaches and the streets are becoming a graveyard in which the infiltrating Russians have nowhere to hide from the Ukrainian drone strikes.

The losses have become so severe that the Russian Defense Ministry has now begged Ukraine to halt its shelling of the city. Russians claim they want to stop Ukrainians shooting, so that they can supposedly evacuate civilians and recover bodies. However, the real reason is that a ceasefire would silence precisely the Ukrainian strike-and-search system that prevents Russia from gaining control of Kostiantynivka. The humanitarian pretext is an excuse to indirectly beg Ukrainians to stop shooting at their overwhelmed soldiers, as such significant losses are causing footholds to slip out of their control.

This is particularly distrustful, as Russia did not demand a ceasefire while its bombs and drones were destroying Kostiantynivka as the siege began. It was Ukraine that conducted the civilian evacuations, dedicating sparse armored vehicles under great risk to move residents out of the town. It was Ukrainian soldiers who had to clear Russian drones laying in ambush on the evacuation roads out of Kostiantynivka, while Russian operators attacked any movement regardless of whether vehicles carried soldiers or civilians. Only when Russian bodies began piling up did their commanders begin begging Ukraine for a pause to the fighting.

Overall, the Russian capture claim serves a political purpose, strengthening Russia’s position before the world audience. But the Russian command has repeatedly shown that after announcing imaginary victories, it will sacrifice thousands of soldiers trying to make them real, and Kostiantynivka is becoming the next example. Russia declared victory, intensified infiltrations, and watched its troops die faster, then effectively started asking Ukraine to stop firing long enough for them to advance...

I examine reports that Ukrainian drones struck Yandex facilities three times in under a week, including sites identified as Sosovo and Vladimir. Using the IODA connectivity figures discussed in the video, I trace the reported fall in Yandex cloud availability—from near-full reachability to roughly 65 percent, then about 22 percent—and the resulting disruption claims affecting Yandex Go, taxi, payments, retail, and banking-linked services.

I also assess the more consequential claim: that the outages coincided with a sharp decline in Russian bot traffic. I review Cloudflare figures, reported shifts around pro-Kremlin accounts and AfD messaging, and claims involving MAGA discourse and health misinformation—while separating observable traffic data from viral overreach. The strategic stake is whether attacks on digital infrastructure can impose meaningful costs on Russia’s war-supporting economy and information operations, and why pressure should be directed at Putin rather than Kyiv.
