I guess warfare isn’t already terrifying enough. We now have Ukrainian drones dropping off other drones behind Russian lines, hunting down targets and exploding. That’s what’s happening right now as Ukraine continues their offensive in the east, Operation Vivaldi.

Brigadier General Biletsky, the commander of the 3rd Army Corps just announced the completion of phase two of this operation in the Lyman direction and we’re starting to see some changes made on public maps as well.

Russian expat and YouTube host Konstantin Samoilov delivers an explosive warning about Vladimir Putin’s next move. Samoilov says the Kremlin is preparing a massive new mobilization that could target as many as 1.8 million Russian men—and could begin as soon as next week. He also explains why economic collapse, fuel shortages and mounting battlefield losses are unlikely to trigger a popular revolt against Putin.

88. When we ask Why is Chico’s homeless crisis exploding?, the answer reveals far more than just a local story. The shocking truth behind it is that Chico has become a mirror for the broader national struggle, one that is too often summed up in the painful reality of homeless in America. In Chico, rising housing costs, limited shelter availability, and deepening economic divides have created the perfect storm, leaving more and more people without a place to call home. But this isn’t just Chico’s problem—it’s a window into how communities across the United States are grappling with the same challenge.

What makes Chico’s situation particularly striking is the speed and visibility of the crisis. Camps on city streets, debates over public spaces, and growing tension between residents and local officials highlight the urgency. Yet beneath these visible conflicts lies a human tragedy: families, veterans, and individuals struggling with mental health or job loss, all caught in the cycle of homelessness. These are not isolated cases but threads in the larger fabric of homeless in America, where systemic issues like lack of affordable housing and insufficient support services continue to push people into desperation.

The shocking truth behind Chico’s crisis is that it forces us to confront uncomfortable questions: How did we let it get this far? Why do solutions feel so out of reach? And what can be done to stop the cycle? The answer may not be simple, but one thing is clear—addressing Chico’s situation is part of addressing the broader reality of homeless in America. Until we recognize the connections between local struggles and the national crisis, the problem will only continue to grow.

Long before the first cities rose in Mesopotamia, before Egypt, Sumer, or Babylon, the Earth may have already been home to advanced societies now completely erased from memory. Their traces lie buried beneath the oceans, hidden in the polar ice, or scattered across megalithic ruins that seem far too sophisticated for their supposed age. What kind of world came before us and why was it wiped clean?

In this documentary, we journey deep into the forgotten epochs of our planet. From the mysterious Hyperborean civilization said to have thrived in the far North, to the fabled Mother Continent of Mu in the Pacific, and the shining empire of Atlantis that vanished beneath the sea, each lost world leaves behind whispers of technologies and knowledge that defy our current understanding. Were these myths simply stories, or distorted memories of civilizations that existed long before recorded history began?

Scientists now admit that Earth has been reshaped countless times by cataclysms, floods, pole shifts, volcanic winters, and extinction events that can erase every trace of an entire age. If our own world were to end tomorrow, how long before every monument, every skyscraper, every memory of us disappeared too? Could this have happened before, not once but many times?

Archaeological anomalies across the globe hint at a deeper truth: temples buried under ice, precision-cut stones that predate known civilizations, and legends shared by cultures separated by oceans yet united in their memory of a great flood. Even ancient texts from Greece, India, and the Americas speak of radiant beings, crystal technologies, and a paradise that fell in a single night of fire and water. Were these allegories or eyewitness accounts passed down from a world that perished?

Through stunning visuals, immersive storytelling, and a haunting soundscape, this film pieces together the forgotten chapters of our planet’s hidden past. You will travel beyond the limits of archaeology, beyond accepted history, into a realm where science meets myth and myth begins to sound like memory.

Russians have now officially started to dismantle their own air defense, leaving even more gaps for Ukraine to exploit. All of this was done solely to increase the number of strikes on Ukraine, as Russia has begun converting its existing air defense missiles into ground-attack ballistic missiles. According to Ukrainian intelligence, Russia converted around two-hundred missiles in two-thousand-and-twenty-five and plans to convert an additional four-hundred-and-eighty by the end of this year. However, as these missiles were never designed for such ground-attack purposes, their accuracy is horribly ineffective. Additionally, using air defense interceptors as strike weapons creates a serious long-term vulnerability for Russian air defense as a whole, as production capabilities is refocused and repurposed, while Russians already suffer from a serious air defense problem.

Russian air defenses are already placed under significant strain, with Russian military analysts stating that Russia is experiencing a true air defense shortage. Ukrainian saturation tactics using waves of drones and missiles force Russian systems to already expend valuable interceptors, with some units already reporting a shortage. Instead of addressing this shortage, the Russian leadership has decided to prioritize offensive strikes against Ukraine. This decision may exploit Ukraine’s own shortage of ballistic missile interceptors, but it leaves Russia with a thinner and less capable defensive shield of its own, while Ukraine works to strengthen theirs instead. Despite this obvious misalignment of priorities, Russia is now focusing massively on launching as many of them as possible to strike targets across Kyiv.

The latest Russian strike involved twenty-four ballistic missiles, four Zircon missiles, and more than one hundred drones. Russians deployed ballistic missiles with cluster warheads to target warehouses within the city. As a result of the attacks, seventeen people were killed, more than forty were injured, and fire raging for hours.

Simultaneously, Russia is importing additional offensive capacity while prioritizing missiles that weaken or fail to replenish its homeland defense. A North Korean missile unit has recently been deployed to the Voronezh region to support missile strikes against Ukraine. The contingent includes approximately six individual ballistic missile launchers and more than one-hundred-and-twenty ballistic missiles. These North Korean missiles and launchers will soon enable Russia to conduct even larger salvos and more frequent attacks on Ukraine, putting Ukraine’s air defense network under increasing strain.

However, destroying the launchers before firing may be more realistic than attempting to intercept every missile after launch. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has declared that North Korean missile installations or systems deployed to attack Ukraine are legitimate military targets. President Volodymyr Zelensky has additionally made a decree to prioritize the destruction of Russian ballistic missile launchers to reduce the number of strikes against Ukraine. Zelensky stressed that Ukrainian forces already know how to track the locations of the launchers with the help of Western intelligence support. At the same time, Ukraine is working together with European partners to produce an anti-ballistic missile air-defense system as a long-term solution. The interceptor missiles of the Freya system will be manufactured domestically by Fire Point, while its radar and sensors would be supplied by Europe. This would help to reduce Ukraine’s dependence on the US-made Patriot system with a domestic alternative. If this new air defense system is successfully developed and mass-produced, while Ukraine strikes Russia’s launchers, Ukraine could significantly reduce the number of successful ballistic missile strikes. Moscow is now exploiting Ukraine’s temporary shortage, but it is encouraging Ukraine to destroy Russian launchers and accelerate a European replacement for Patriot.

Overall, diverting air defense interceptors into ground-attack missiles is Russia’s biggest mistake, because they are trading long-term homeland protection for short-term strike capacity against Ukraine. Every gap in Russian protection, which they voluntarily make, creates additional opportunities for Ukraine, which they can exploit. Additionally, importing North Korean missiles increases short-term attack volume but does nothing to repair the growing defensive vulnerability inside Russia. Russia is trying to exploit Ukraine’s temporary shortage by creating a potentially longer-term shortage in its own defensive system.

A mass shooting at a home in Erie left nine people dead, including two children and the gunman, in an incident local law enforcement described as the most devastating in the city's history. Police responded to a residence in the 700 block of Perry Street around 4:50 p.m. Friday after a automated gunshot detection alert. Witnesses reported seeing a man firing a handgun on the sidewalk, where two women were killed, before he ran inside the home. Tactical teams secured the area and later discovered six more victims and the suspect dead inside. Investigators determined that all the victims had died before officers arrived and that the unidentified shooter died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Erie Police Chief Rick Lorah said there is no ongoing threat to the public, while Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro pledged the state's full support to Erie Mayor Daria Devlin as the investigation continues.
