The Savant is starring and executive produced by Academy, SAG, Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award-winner Jessica Chastain (“The Eyes of Tammy Faye,” “The Good Nurse,” “George & Tammy,” Broadway’s “A Doll’s House”). The eight episode thriller will make its global debut on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes on Friday, September 26, 2025, followed by one new episode every Friday through November 7, 2025.

The tense and high-stakes thriller follows an undercover investigator known as The Savant as she infiltrates online hate groups in an effort to stop domestic extremists before they act. Alongside Chastain, The Savant also stars Nnamdi Asomugha, Cole Doman, Jordana Spiro, Trinity Lee Shirley, Toussaint Francois Battiste, and guest star Pablo Schreiber.

BEIT SHEMESH, Israel – Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport has officially reopened this morning for limited flights. However, those in Jerusalem once again woke up to the sound of air raid sirens, warning them of an incoming Iranian missile. Still, military experts believe the Iranian missile supplies are dwindling as U.S. and Israeli forces display relentless and deadly firepower.

In an escalating assault from air and sea, U.S. and Israeli forces continue to strike military facilities in Iran, regime and Hezbollah bases in Tehran and now, Beirut, and Iranian warships in the Indian Ocean.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth told reporters on Wednesday, "The Iranian Navy is no more. Built for 1996, destroyed in 2026. The Iranian Navy rests at the bottom of the Persian Gulf. An American submarine sank an Iranian warship that thought it was safe in international waters. Instead, it was sunk by a torpedo. Quiet death. The first sinking of an enemy ship by a torpedo since World War two."

Twenty Iranian Navy vessels were destroyed in all. Hegseth revealed that the Iranian leader behind a Trump assassination plot was also eliminated as plans to strike progressively deeper into Iranian territory continue.

The War Secretary also warned that any attempt to hunker down to try to deplete American munitions supplies will fail.

"Iran cannot outlast us," Hegseth insisted. "We're going to ensure, through violence of action and our offensive capabilities and our defensive capabilities, as I said, that we set the tone and the tempo of this fight."

Ukraine has struck multiple oil tankers in the Sea of Azov and Black Sea leading to a crisis in Crimea as fuel shortages worsen. The drone barrage came as multiple refineries in Omsk, St. Petersburg, Nizhnekamsk, Tver and Mikhailovsk were smashed by long range drones.

In this video, we break down a dramatic Ukrainian drone strike against Russia’s so-called “Shadow Fleet” near the Kerch Strait.

At 3:20 a.m., eight Russian oil tankers left Taganrog, carrying 7,000 tons of fuel toward Crimea. But waiting in the darkness were 45 Ukrainian AN-196 Liutyi attack drones, already moving across the Sea of Azov with one mission: stop the fuel from reaching Kerch.

What followed was not a simple drone raid. Russian Krasukha-4 electronic warfare systems tried to choke Ukrainian control signals. S-400 batteries launched waves of missiles over the Sea of Azov. Pantsir-S1 systems opened fire with missiles and 30 mm cannons. A Svetlyak patrol boat became the final defensive shield for the convoy.

But Ukraine used low-altitude flight, autonomous guidance, decoys, swarm tactics, and computer vision to push through layer after layer of Russian defense.

In the final moments, only two Ukrainian drones remained. And what they did next turned Russia’s secret fuel convoy into a burning disaster at the gateway to Crimea.

This strike was not just about one tanker. It was a direct hit on Russia’s logistical lifeline into Crimea — proving that even the Sea of Azov is no longer a safe rear area for Moscow.
